GLWA requests written proposals from professional engineering consulting firms (“Consultant”) to provide preliminary design, final design, permitting assistance, bid and negotiation assistance, construction administration, resident project representation (RPR), system operation and maintenance (O&M) manual updating, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system O&M training services in connection with rapid mixing improvements in the Springwells 1958 Water Treatment Plant located at 8300 West Warren Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48126. The scope of services includes all disciplines, including civil/site, architectural, structural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls.
