Summary of Specifications:
Provide a condition assessment, preliminary design, final design, permitting, bid and negotiation assistance, construction administration, resident project representation (RPR), system operation and maintenance (O&M) manual updating, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system O&M training services in connection with the Lake Huron Water Treatment Plant Condition Assessment and Design of Filter and Flow Instrumentation and Controls Improvements project. The improvements to be designed and administered by the consultant include all disciplines, including civil/site, architectural, structural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, as may be necessary to complete the scope of services.
