Description

Remove approximately 5000 to 10000 wet tons of stockpiled sludge from Lagoon 1 at the Lake Huron WTP, dewater, transport and dispose at St. Clair County Landfill. Cut drainage channels and stockpile sludge in Lagoon 3 for next year disposal. Mulch-in-place trees and brush along the perimeter of eight (8) lagoons.
