RFP-DJ-DB-150 - Design-Build/Repair for portions of the Pennsylvania, Springwells

Summary of Specifications:
Includes but not limited to: Field verification and investigation, alternatives development, alternatives selection, preliminary design, support for a third-party Value Engineering effort, final design, permitting, construction, preparation of system operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), preparation of as-built and final project report, and system O&M training services, as applicable, in connection with the Work. The Work includes improvements to be designed, administered, and constructed by the D/B Contractor, inclusive of civil/site, architectural, structural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering disciplines and construction trades, as may be applicable to complete the work. Instrumentation may include integration of improvements with the existing Ovation system.
