Sealed Proposals will be received by The Charter Township of Grand Blanc, Genesee County Michigan, for the Grand Blanc Senior Center Exterior Door Replacement, located at 12632 Pagels Drive, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Proposals will be received in person at Grand Blanc Township Hall, 5371 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI 48507 until 2:00 pm, June 12, 2025, or by mail addressed to Dave Robertson, Township Clerk at 5371 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI 48507. Please label bid packages “Senior Center Exterior Door Replacement.” All bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Township auditorium at 5371 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI 48507 at 2:00 pm, June 12, 2025.
Proposals are solicited on the basis of a lump sum price for all labor and material required to complete the project as designed and specified in the contract.
The principal items of work include:
- Removal and disposal of 7 existing exterior doors
- Furnish and install 3 single metal doors with cylindrical locks, frame, & slabs
- Furnish and install 3 single metal doors with panic bar, frame, & slabs
- Furnish and install 1 double metal door with panic bars, frame, and slab
The above referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
