Additional Bidding Instructions

The preferred method of submission is using the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN). The County will also accept responses in sealed packages by November 3, 2025 at 4:00pm EST. Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP may result in disqualification. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered.
