Proposals are to be submitted in sealed packages by May 14, 2021, at 4:00 pm EST. Late submissions will not be considered. Electronic, telephone, or facsimile submittals will not be accepted.
Proposers must submit six original hard copies and two electronic copies of the proposal in a sealed package labeled with the proposer's company name and the RFI name [just in case on thumb drive fails].
Upon submission, all proposals shall be treated as confidential documents until the selection process is complete. All proposals and supporting documents become public information after an award has been made by the Board of County Commissioners. At that time, they will be available for public inspection under the State of Michigan public records statutes.
The proposal must be organized into major sections as outlined in the attached sections.
