A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, 10:00 a.m. (EST). This meeting will be held at Genesee County’s Administration Building, 1101 Beach Street Rm. 301, Flint, Michigan. All vendors submitting a proposal must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting. This meeting will allow vendors the opportunity to obtain information about this proposal and ask questions directly related to this solicitation. An attendance sheet will be provided and will serve as the official document verifying attendance. Failure to attend this meeting shall result in disqualification of a vendor’s proposal. Walk-through of the Administration Building, Courthouse, Jail, McCree facilities, and Tower Building will take place at the conclusion of the meeting.
