The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for Construction Services and Contractor Prequalification for the Blight Elimination Round Three and Round Four projects. Work performed is subject to Davis Bacon/Prevailing Rates.
Key Details:

• Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted via the BidNet website (www.bidnetdirect.com) by 2:00 p.m. on July 9, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
• Format: Bids must be in Adobe Acrobat PDF format except where other formats are specified. Facsimile and physical submissions will not be accepted.
• Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read on July 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom. Access details are provided on the RFP cover sheet.
• Questions: Must be submitted through the BidNet website by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025. The DLBA does not guarantee responses to questions submitted after this deadline. Questions received by the question deadline will be responded to in an addendum posted to the BidNet website.
• Jobsite Walkthrough: A mandatory job site walkthrough will take place at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2025, beginning at 18935 Pinehurst St., Detroit, MI. Refer to the RFQQ cover page for additional information.

• Bidders should download and review all bid documents from the BidNet website. Documents from other sources are not authorized and may be incomplete.
• Only firms meeting the minimum requirements stated in the RFQQ will be considered
