Description

The Work, which is specified and is to be completed under this Bid Package, is the reconstruction
of utilities, streets, sidewalks and the inclusion of a landscape buffer all within the City of Detroit
Public Right-of Way. Starting at the intersection of Mt. Elliot and Georgia East bound to St. Cyril.
The Scope of Work described in Section V of this Bid Package constitutes the Work. The
Contractor shall include in the Bid all activities and costs relative to the coordination of the Work
with various entities in furtherance of the completion of the Work including but not limited to the
EDC and its CE&I and consultant its engineering consultant; and the appropriate City of Detroit
public infrastructure agencies and the private utility franchises.

Sealed bids for the completion of the work (four (4) copies) associated with this Bid Package shall be emailed to orobertson@degc.org or received at the offices of the Economic Development Corporation at precisely 4 PM local time on the Bid Due Date. No late admissions will be accepted. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes. The sealed Bid envelope shall reference the Project name, the Contractor's name and address. The Bids shall be delivered to:
