This project entails the renovation of approximately 1200 square feet of office space at the Coleman A Young Municipal Center (CAYMC).
The City of Detroit Media Services Department is adding staff and requires additional office space and modified photography studio space. This work will renovate 1200 square feet of existing office and studio space on the 3rd and 6th floors of CAYMC. This new renovation will provide the Media Services staff with the required space to maintain operations at CAYMC. This new construction will be connected within the City’s technology infrastructure and will be integrated with all available data sources and devices.
