BIDDER’S QUALIFICATIONS : Bids will only be considered acceptable from those suppliers who are regulatory engaged in providing the requested vehicles covered under this specifications. Bidder must be a manufacturer authorized sales and service facility or class “A” license dealer for the product offered. The supplier’s facility shall be within 30 miles of DWSD Fleet location at 6425 Huber, Detroit, MI 48211. DWSD reserves the right to inspect the bidder’s facility for verifying compliance to this specification, prior to the purchase award recommendation or anytime during the contract period.
