High-performance equipment is needed to enhance productivity, reliability, and security for employees and infrastructure. The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the scope of work, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines for the procurement of laptops, tablets and related accessories to support digital needs of DWSD, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and alignment with organizational IT standards.  Support services are also requested such as technical assistance, extended manufacturer warranties, extended protection plans, and third-party repair services.
