Per IFB Section 1.16 - Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit, Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and sign in at all pre-bid meetings and site visits. (See cover page for location.)
All Bidders interested in attending the meeting will be pre-screened via a background check. Email the following information to the Procurement Contact on the cover page no later than 2 weeks prior to the pre-bid conference: Name of Company, Names of the company representatives that will be attending the meeting/site visits, valid ID (Driver’s license) number for each representative.
NOTE: Your company representative must have valid I.D and will be subject to a personal search at any time for entry in to the jails. Please be aware that if your representative has any outstanding warrants they will be taken into custody. Mobile phones will be allowed on the site visits only. For security and privacy no photos of any security items, inmates or personnel shall be taken.
