Wayne County is only accepting Electronic Bid Submissions through Bid Net Direct. Please download all attached documentation (RFQ 36359, Pump Parts Price Sheet, Terms and Conditions, and Ethics form). Please make sure that you complete the RFQ by including your company name, address, telephone #, fax #, date, authorized signature and title, legible e-mail address, delivery, and terms. Also, on page two of the RFQ please write/type in total and put the Grand total on the sheet. Please complete every line of the Pump Parts Price Sheet and add up the Grand Total. If you do not supply a particular part on the price sheet, put N/A on the line. Please complete the Ethics form in its entirety.
