Bidders must attend and sign in at the mandatory pre bid meetings and initial the sign in sheet at all the site visits. There will be a Mandatory Pre Did meeting and site visits to all 8 locations. The starting location will be in Lobby of Juvenile Detention Facility 1326 St Antoine Detroit, Michigan on March 6, 2019 at 10:00 A.M local time.
All bidders interested in attending the meeting may be pre-screened (background check) by emailing Jean Mira at jmira1@waynecounty.com and with the following information: Name of Company, Names of the company representatives that will be attending the meeting and site visits, Valid ID (Driver’s license) number, 48 hours prior to the initial meeting on March 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM local time.
NOTE: You must have valid I.D and will be subjected and must pass a background check and personal search at any time for entry in to the jails.
For security and privacy no photos of any security items, inmates or personnel shall be taken.
