The County of Ottawa is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a survey platform to Ottawa County. This software will need to provide end users with the ability to self-manage surveys on behalf of their departments of the County as a whole. The awarded vendor will receive a 5-year Contract with two (2) options to renew the Contract for an additional 1-year term, if in the best interests of both parties.
