The County of Ottawa, Purchasing Division, on behalf of Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for public safety uniforms, apparel, accessories, and equipment necessary for complete uniforms to be purchased on an as needed basis. The successful vendor shall provide all personnel uniforms, apparel, accessories, and equipment as listed. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis as new personnel are added to the force or as new uniforms and equipment are issued. The County is not bound by the quantities stated on the proposal pricing form, all quantities provided are approximate for annual purchases only and are for the purpose of proposal evaluations. The County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based upon Sheriff’s Office requirements and budgetary limitations.
