Ottawa County, on behalf of the Human Resources department, is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a learning management system (LMS) for an employee base of approximately 1,100 personnel. The LMS must allow for full enrollment, tracking, reporting, feedback surveys and delivery of an extensive training program which includes both classroom and online (e-learning) training.
