Description

The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Ottawa County Department of Public Health (OCDPH) and Community Mental Health of Ottawa County (CMHOC), is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for a new electronic health record (EHR) system for the Pathways to Better Health program. The selected vendor will receive a three (3) year Contract with four (4) options to renew the Contract for an additional year, if in the best interests of both parties.
