The County of Ottawa, on behalf of Community Mental Health of Ottawa County (CMHOC), is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide outpatient services to residents of Ottawa County with mental illness. Contracts will be awarded to selected vendors for a 2-year term with one (1) option to renew the Contract for an additional 1-year term, if agreed upon by both parties. Services provided will be reimbursed with Medicaid Funding.
