Ottawa County is soliciting formal proposals from experienced and qualified banking institutions to provide banking services including but not limited to all banking and depository services, procurement cards, safekeeping and courier services. The contract will be awarded to the banking institution who most successfully demonstrates fiscal health and soundness; proximity to key County buildings and locations; relationship team; on-line account management method; and product offerings and capabilities.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The RFP will be administered in two phases, as described herein. The initial phase will consist of a preliminary evaluation of proposals submitted. As part of Phase 1, interested banking institutions will be required to provide completed copies of all required attachments. It is the County’s intention to develop a short list (two to six) of finalists who will be invited to continue on to Phase 2 of the selection process. Vendors selected to participate in Phase 2 will provide a full financial assessment of the County’s banking service requirements.
