The County of Midland requests your participation in submitting a proposal for the Midland County Jail’s Medical Services for Jail Inmates. All Bids must be in accordance with the attached bid specifications. All bids must include both physician and nursing services.
Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 to Denise L. Mason, Procurement and Contracts Administrator, 3rd Floor County Services Building, 220 W. Ellsworth St., Midland, MI 48640-5194. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to ensure delivery of bid is received by the Finance Department in a complete and timely manner. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Medical Services for Jail Inmates RFP”.
We are offering pre-bid meeting times for the bidder to either meet by Zoom or on-site. The benefits of an on-site meeting will be a tour of the facility. We are offering these pre-bid meetings on Wednesday, May 3rd at 10:00am and 1:00pm and also on Thursday, May 4th at 10:00am and 1:00pm. We will offer more times if necessary. These meetings will be held at the Midland County Jail, 101 Fast Ice Drive, Midland, MI 48642.
