Description

Livingston County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to obtain sealed bid proposal responses from interested, qualified and experienced vendors able to provide supervised Residential Substance Use/Co-occurring Treatment Services for participants of the Livingston County Specialty Courts and Programs which includes Adult Drug Court, Intensive Treatment Mental Health Court, Veterans Treatment Court and Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation Program. Livingston County will use the results of this process to award one (1) three-year Professional Services Contract, with two (2) one-year renewal options. The duration of the contract is dependent upon grant funding. The loss of grant funding will result in termination of the contract.
