Description

Livingston County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to obtain sealed bid proposal responses from interested, qualified and experienced vendors able to provide Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for Livingston County Trial Courts and Specialty Courts and Programs. It is anticipated that services will commence upon award through September 30, 2030. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
