Description

Clinton Township Housing Commission is currently seeking quotes to turn a set of three (3) vacant units. All three units will need to be painted in their entirety, have the vinyl and/or metal outlet covers and/or switch plates replaced, have all switches and/or recepticals replaced, have all light fixtures replaced with modern LED fixtures, cleaned in its entirety and the floors buffed and waxed throughout. 

All units will be open for viewing on Thursday, September 16, 2021, from 9AM to 12PM. If there are any questions, please submit electronically on bidnet prior to Friday, September 17, 2021 at Noon. Quotes are due no later than Monday, September 20, 2021, at 3PM.

34806 Village Road - 3 Bedroom - 1,057 sqft. 
22406 Village Road - 1 Bedroom - 653 sqft.
