Clinton Township Housing Commission is requesting quotes for an unoccupied 5-Bed unit located at 34771 Village Road, Clinton Township, MI, 48035. This unit will be available for walking on Monday, April 19, 2021, between the hours of 10AM and 12PM. Quotes are due no later than Friday, April 23, 2021, by 3PM. Quote should include a lump-sum amount for materials and labor. CTHC is not providing materials for this project.
Scope of work:
- Paint both front and back entry doors (white)
- Replace flooring throughout home in it's entirety with LifeProof Plank Flooring; Color: Choice Oak, with white wooden base.
- Replace lower bathroom sink and vanity
- Paint home throughout; all walls should be white with the exceptions of (1) accent wall in the living room (Color: Virtual Taupe), complete drywall repairs as needed.
- Repair stair tread so that it is aligned properly
- Replace blinds and headrais thorughout home in it's entirety; ensuring that they have a turning rod rather than a string or chain mechanism
- Replace all switches, outlets, outlet covers, switch plates
- Replace vent covers throughout.
- Repair kitchen cabinets so that they operate as designed, modernizing them by installing new hinges
- Replace light fixtures throughout; similar to Model #P7378-30
- Repair interior doors as needed, ensuring all latch and close properly
- Install new toilet seats and showerhead
- Replace bi-fold door in upper bathroom
- Clean unit in it's entirety; turn-key condition when completed
