It is slated to open in August/September 2026.

It is prefered that proposal responses (other than the Proposal Form Spreadsheet - Excel document) are presented in one pdf document and organized in the order listed in the RFP (with the Proposal Form Summary being the first page). However, multiple documents are allowed if clearly labeled.
