RE:     Holland Department of Public Safety Police building carpet installation bid

The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective firms to provide all material, labor, tools, equipment and all other necessary equipment and supplies for the installation of carpet at the Holland Department of Public Safety Police building, located at 89 W 8th St Holland MI  49423.  The work will need to be done in a manner so as not to interfere with normal business inside the facility.

Vendors are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-submission conference for this solicitation, which is scheduled for Monday, February 16th at 9:00 a.m. in the Multipurpose room off the Holland Police Building Lobby, 89 W 8th St. Holland MI 49423.  Attendees should arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the conference scheduled date and time to sign in. Attendees will not be allowed to sign in after the conference has commenced and are disqualified from participating in the pre-solicitation. 

The Bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN, until 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 23, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.  You are invited, but not required, to attend said RFP opening.

Bids must be on the “RFP FORM” provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “Police Dept Building carpet bid”. All Bids are to be net, F.O.B. – Holland, Michigan.
