Lots 63 through 68, Ottawa Heights Subdivision, as recorded in Liber 8 of Plats on page 63, Ottawa County Records, part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Town 5 North, Range 15 West, City of Holland, Ottawa County.
The Property has access to Ottawa Ave. via the 29th St. and 28th St. rights of way. 29th St. is not paved all the way to the Property and 28th St. is not paved west of Ottawa Ave. The Property has access to 30th St. via Homestead Ave. right of way. Homestead Ave. is not paved north of 30th St. It will be the successful buyer’s obligation to provide paved access to the property through these rights of way.
