The City of Holland (City) is requesting statements of proposal (RFP) from experienced professional parks planning consultants interested in assisting in the creation of a Community Parks and Recreation Five Year Plan for the Holland Parks and Recreation Department. Selection of a firm will be determined by November 1, 2023, and approved by City Council.
Proposals will be received until 11:00am Friday, September 15, 2023 at City of Holland Finance Dept, City Hall, 270 S. River Ave Holland, MI 49423.

ONLY PHYSICAL COPIES BILL BE ACCEPTED – PLEAE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PROPOSAL VIA EMAIL.

Please provide one (1) original and two (2) hard copies, along with an electronic version (jump drive).
