The City of Hillsdale and the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is requesting proposals for the following project(s):
Rehabilitation of an existing 18’x28’ storage room Ferrous Tank room.
All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, project specifications and any applicable sections Federal, State and Local Construction Codes.
RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on May 6, 2025 at the following location:

Project Locations:
City of Hillsdale – Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) – 101 W. Galloway Dr.

Scope of Work:
Construct two new door openings in the existing building wall and complete demolition and rehabilitation of the existing Ferrous Tank room within the WWTP area per the project drawings.
