Description

This project involves the construction of a new pocket park within two residential
lots located at Roscommon Avenue across from Duprey Avenue. Work will
involve the installation of sidewalks, a pavilion, playground equipment, benches,
fencing, drainage and other amenities to be included in the park. In addition,
improvements to the intersection of Roscommon Avenue and Duprey Avenue are
proposed with removal and replacement of sidewalk ramps to ADA compliance
and the installation of a median to enhance the pedestrian crossing on
Roscommon Avenue.
