The City of Grand Rapids desires the purchase and delivery of various O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer electrical components and equipment, as per the specification herein or approve equal. The City reserves the right to award any single item and/or any combination of items as it deems in its own best interest All bid submitted shall include tech sheets and information regarding products.

All equipment, components, and materials provided shall be new and unused. Previously owned, refurbished, discontinued, or obsolete units will not be accepted. Bidders shall not omit any part(s) of details, information, components, or incidentals which are normally considered to be standard or applicable for the units proposed, even though such part of detail is not mentioned in the specifications.
