Scope of Work:
The City of Grand Rapids desires the purchase and delivery of various controllers, modules, & PLC components, as per the specification herein or approve equal. The City reserves the right to award any single item and/or any combination of items as it deems in its own best interest All bid submitted shall include tech sheets and information regarding products.

All equipment, components, and materials provided shall be new and unused. Previously owned, refurbished, discontinued, or obsolete units will not be accepted. Bidders shall not omit any part(s) of details, information, components, or incidentals which are normally considered to be standard or applicable for the units proposed, even though such part of detail is not mentioned in the specifications.

Approve equal:
If alternative items are submitted as "approved equal," bidders shall provide comprehensive documentation demonstrating the compatibility, universality, and equivalence of each proposed item with the originally specified requirements. This documentation should clearly articulate how the alternative items meet or exceed the performance, functionality, and integration standards of the requested items.
