The City of Grand Rapids (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain proposals from organizations or professional consulting firms to assess the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction potential and cost estimates for the strategies and actions of the City’s Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP). This analysis will inform the process of implementing the CAAP over the next five years. The City reserves the right to select the most qualified organization or consultants to form a consultant team to complete the GHG reduction and cost analysis of this Plan. This project has a budget of $26,000.
