The mail in HARD COPY with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Monday, September 29th, 2025 @ 11:30 AM EST. Mail or hand-deliver to City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Monday, September 29th, 2025 @11:30 AM EST. Please note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
Faxed bids are not accepted.
