Description

City of Belleville (the "Owner") are soliciting Proposals for a Construction Manager (CM) for interior renovations and an addition to the existing building at 330 Charles Street to become the new Belleville City Hall Building (the "Project"). The intent of the CM approach is to bring a qualified contractor on board to assist in Pre-construction coordination of multiple areas within the City Hall building that are to be renovated.

The contract types will be Fixed Fee for Pre-Construction CM Services and a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract for Construction Services.
