Description

REPLACE ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOFING AT VARIOUS PARK PAVILIONS
1.Provide a safe working environment per OSHA/MIOHSA regulations.
2.Strip off the existing shingles and roofing materials down to the wood decking.
3.Properly dispose of all debris off site.
4.Replace any rotted and/or damaged plywood decking/boards including fascia if needed.
5.Install a 30# felt underlayment.
6. Install new metal drip edge.
7.Install 25 year dimensional type asphalt shingles with 4 nail applicaton.
8.Install ridge cap.
9.Clean all debris from the job site daily and at completion of project.
10.Haul all debris and equipment from the job site.

Bids must conform to the attached specifications. All bids must be in the hands of the Wayne
City Clerk's office by 11:00am Eastern Savings Time on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. At that
time bids will be publicly opened and read.

All bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the following address:
City of Wayne, City Hall
3355 South Wayne Road
Wayne, MI 48184-1239
Attention: City Clerk

City Hall hours are Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-4:30pm. The envelope must include one
original and one copy of complete bid, be sealed, and labeled “REPLACE ASPHALT SHINGLE
ROOFING AT VARIOUS PARK PAVILIONS ”.
