Description

Summary of Specifications:
1) Demolish the two story frame house including block foundation and cement poured foundation.

2) All slabs, driveways, service walks, fencing and gates, footings, foundations, water service, sewer service, shrubs, scrub trees, and all debris on the lot shall be removed and the lot leveled.

3) The sewers shall be capped at the property line and must be inspected.

4) All excavations shall be filled with sand and compacted to at least 90% density.

5) City streets and adjacent properties SHALL NOT BE DAMAGED. Any damage will be repaired at the Contractor's expense.

6) Backfilled and disturbed areas shall be graded to meet surrounding undisturbed grade on the entire lot.

7) All debris shall be contained on the site.

8) All debris and discarded material shall be hauled away by the Contractor to a licensed landfill or recycling facility, at the Contractor's expense.

9) All work shall be done between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
