Summary of Specifications:
This contract is intended to be for window washing services at Warren City Hall (4 stories), attached Civic Center Library, adjoining parking structure, Police Building and Court Building. This is intended to be a two (2) year contract consisting of cleaning of the windows as specified below a minimum of one time and a maximum of two times per year. In the event of insufficient funds, the City of Warren reserves the right to opt for cleaning once per year only. The successful bidder must be able to furnish all maintenance, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform this contract.
