ITB-W-8506 - Snow Removal Services for TIFA Properties

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA)is seeking sealed bids to furnish snow removal services for TIFA-owned properties. The service includes snow removal and de-icing for sidewalks, driveways and paved parking lots present at the properties specified in the bid documents. Some of the parcels are vacant and do not have an address. This service will be necessary when snow and/or ice accumulation is 1.5” or greater. This was originally bid under ITB-W-8494, but is being re-bid due to low bidder not meeting bid requirements and other bids exceeding budgetary limits. This bid is for a one-year contract with an option to renew for one additional year through mutual consent of both parties at the same terms and conditions.
