Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Warren is soliciting quotes for t-shirts with silk screened imprint. Quote must include all screen charges, set up fees, art charges and delivery. All garments using light color or white ink are required to have 2 coats or 2 hits of ink, with a flash dry between each coat. Order will be randomly checked upon delivery. If the ink on the garments is not fully cured, delivery will not be accepted, and order will be canceled. All T-shirts are short sleeve.

A total of 10 different screens will be needed for this order. (front-6, back-3, sleeve-1) A screen document is attached
