Summary of Specifications:
Remove & dispose of existing roof. Furnish and install: 1. 3/8” Duro-Last fan-fold underlayment in strict accordance with Manufacturer’s specifications. 2. A white 40 mil single-ply membrane roofing system that is fabricated of a weft inserted low-shrink, anti-wicking polyester fabric and has a thermoplastic coating limited to both sides as manufactured by Duro-Last Roofing, Inc. 3. Duro-Last drain inserts into existing roof drains. 4. Drain domes over newly installed roof drains to prevent debris from clogging drains. G. Completely encapsulate parapet walls and install 1.75” fascia bar and metal cover with a color to be selected by building owner. H. All penetrations will be flashed using Duro-Last prefabricated flashings and properly terminated in accordance with Manufacturer’s specifications. Furnish and install flexible non-skid, maintenance free walkway pads in areas of heavy foot traffic and around mechanical equipment.
