Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is requesting a Statement of Qualifications as Step One of a contemplated two-step process for the purpose of acquiring a Payroll Services & Time and Attendance Management System from experienced and qualified vendors. The City wishes to contract with a qualified vendor that can fulfill the City’s performance and technical requirements as completely, efficiently and as timely as possible, at the lowest total lifetime cost to the City, and with the least possible disruption to City operations. Selection of vendors will be made by a review panel in compliance with the City of Warren’s Purchasing Ordinance.
