It is the intention of the City of Warren to establish contract(s) with law firm(s) who shall be prepared to represent the City in various matters. Thus, the City is seeking electronic proposals from qualified law firms, located and authorized to do business in the State of Michigan, to provide specialized litigation, counseling, drafting, and negotiating, and consulting services per the proposal document.
