Summary of Specifications:
Covers the 2009,&2010. As “season” is dependent on weather conditions, “season” will specifically begin and end at the interpretation of the City. The anticipated parameters are April through the end of November. One (1) Spring clean of lawn and bed areas per instructions of Mr. Dan Fagan. Lawn Cutting, raking and hauling away of grass debris. Once a week for one “season” (approximately 26 weeks).

Lawn Edging, raking, sweeping and hauling away grass debris. Every other week for a full season of 13 weeks. One fall clean-up of lawn and bed areas per instructions of Mr. Dan Fagan.
