ITB-W-7789 - Mowing & Maintenenace of Parks and Recreation Parks and Facilities

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren Parks and Recreation Department is receiving bids for the mowing of selected parks and building lawn areas within their jurisdiction. The successful bidder must be able to furnish all maintenance, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform this “contract”. 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work contemplated by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment to perform all work required for the maintenance of all park, athletic field, and building turf areas. The work is to be done from early April through the end of October. Park and building grounds will be mowed on a weekly basis for a total of thirty (30) cuts per season. Specified athletic fields will be mowed twice weekly for a total of sixty (60) cuts per season. Should weather conditions prevent these starting and/or ending dates, adjustments can be made with the approval of the city.
