Summary of Specifications:
The painting contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, ladders, scaffolding and equipment necessary for the completion of this work according to the specifications. The painting contractor shall refer to the Bidding Documents that form a part of the Contract and examine the specifications and thoroughly familiarize oneself with all provisions regarding the painting. The painting contractor is responsible for inspecting the work of others prior to the application of any paint or finishing material. If any surface to be finished cannot be put in proper condition for finishing by customary cleaning, sanding and puttying or plastering operations, the painting contractor will immediately notify the designate Police coordinator in writing; or assume responsibility for and rectify any unsatisfactory finish resulting. 3 floors & Jail cells.
