The Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids to furnish and install one (1) heavy duty truck scale (Thurman Diamondback or equivalent, see bid for specification. The awarded bidder shall also be responsible for all labor and materials to excavate the current site and to build a reinforced concrete scale foundation with load/unload ramps and guard rails.
